Return Timeframe
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must satisfy the following conditions:
- It must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
- All tags and labels must remain attached.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) must be provided.

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be declined.

How to Request a Return

- Your full name.
- Your order number.
- A brief reason for the return.

We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and the return shipping address.  
Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@crestahome.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges
We are pleased to facilitate exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at support@crestahome.com with your order details and request.

- Items must meet the same return conditions (unused, in original packaging, with tags attached).
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, while we will cover the shipping for the replacement item.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER? Plus

We are unable to process modifications, store credit, refunds, or cancellations on orders prior to delivery, except in limited circumstances. If you believe you may qualify for a refund before shipment, please contact support@crestahome.com within 8 hours of placing the order, and we will endeavor to accommodate your request.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO NOW? Plus

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 8 hours.
