1. How can you contact us?

2. How can I return a product?


We want you to feel secure and satisfied with every purchase you make at Cresta Home. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.


Return Timeframe

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging

  • All tags and labels must remain attached

  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt)

Returns that don’t meet these criteria may be declined.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@crestahome.com and include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for the return

We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with instructions and the return shipping address.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt.

 

3. Can I chnage the original product for a different variant?

We’re happy to accommodate exchanges.

If you’d like to exchange an item for another size, color, or style, please reach out to us at support@crestahome.com with your order information and request.

  • Items must meet the same return conditions (unused, original packaging, tags attached)

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • Customers pay for return shipping, but we’ll cover the shipping cost for the replacement item

Our team will walk you through the process once your request is approved.

 

4. How do I know which size to pick?

Sizing for each item can be found on the product pages for the corresponding items. Simply check the Size Chart link or the description on the product page for detailed measurements.



5. Where is my order?

Please enter your tracking number here to find out the status of your order.


6.  Are the prices listed in my local currency or USD

Our prices on the product page and checkout are displayed in your local currency.

 

7. My order was marked delivered but it’s not here, what should I do?

If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location.

Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you.

Also, please double-check the shipping address of your order (in the order confirmation email) to ensure it’s headed to the right location.

On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive.

If you still are unable to locate the package, please reach out to the carrier.

If you need additional assistance, please email our team.

 

8. How do I cancel my order?

We are unable to offer modifications, store credit, refunds or cancellations on any orders before they have been delivered to you except for some very specific situations. If you would like to see if you qualify for a refund before your order is shipped, please reach out to our email within 8 hours of the order being placed and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

 

9. Can I change my delivery address?

We can update your delivery address as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact our customer support team immediately to make any changes.

11. Do EU customers have to pay VAT/import taxes?

EU customers do not need to pay VAT or import taxes when shopping with us.
