1. How can I contact us?

For inquiries about an existing order, please include your name and order number to expedite assistance. We respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours.

2. How can I return a product?

At Cresta Home, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist.

Return Timeframe
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must satisfy the following conditions:
- It must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
- All tags and labels must remain attached.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) must be provided.

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be declined.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email support@crestahome.com and include:
- Your full name.
- Your order number.
- A brief reason for the return.

We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and the return shipping address.  
Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.

3. Can I exchange the original product for a different variant?

We are pleased to facilitate exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact support@crestahome.com with your order details and request.

- Items must meet the same return conditions (unused, in original packaging, with tags attached).
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, while we will cover the shipping for the replacement item.

Our team will guide you through the process upon approval of your request.

4. How do I know which size to pick?

Sizing details for each item are available on the corresponding product pages. Please refer to the Size Chart link or product description for precise measurements.

5. Where is my order?

Please enter your tracking number in the Track Order page to check the status of your order.

6. Are the prices listed in my local currency or USD?

Prices on the product pages and at checkout are displayed in your local currency.

7. My order was marked as delivered, but it is not here. What should I do?

If no one was home during delivery, the carrier may have left the package in a secure location. Please check around your property and inquire with neighbors or building management, as they may have received it on your behalf.  
Additionally, verify the shipping address in your order confirmation email to confirm it is correct.  
In some cases, packages marked as delivered may experience a slight delay in arrival.  
If you are still unable to locate the package, contact the carrier directly. For further assistance, please email our team.

8. How do I cancel my order?

We are unable to process modifications, store credit, refunds, or cancellations on orders prior to delivery, except in limited circumstances. If you believe you may qualify for a refund before shipment, please contact support@crestahome.com within 8 hours of placing the order, and we will endeavor to accommodate your request.

9. Can I change my delivery address?

We can update your delivery address provided the order has not yet shipped. Please contact our customer support team promptly to request any changes.

10. Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the following countries:

11. Do EU customers have to pay VAT/import taxes?

EU customers are not required to pay VAT or import taxes when shopping with us.
